We use professional equipment that allows us to lower and raise the pressure as needed. Most structures in need of cleaning will only require minimum pressure.
Will the chemicals damage my landscaping?
We take all of the necessary precuation to prevent this from happening. We use biodegradable cleaning compounds. All surrouding plants are rinsed before, during, and after.
How long will it take to put down the sealer once the pavers has been cleaned, and when will I be able to walk on it?
Usually it will take 2-3 days to completely dry after cleaning. 2-3 hrs for foot traffic, and 2 days for vehicles.
Do you use high pressure on the roof?
We use a no pressure spray system.
How long does the sealer last?
2-4 years depending upon the surface, surrounding, and conditions.
